The Bus

The third generation of the bus was purchased in June 2010

The Bus History in Pictures

The Project started in humble beginnings as a small minibus that handed out hot chocolate to young people in Totton.

In 2002 a new bus was purchased with a lot of work needed on it, and some big plans!

In 2003 after some seriously hard work by volunteers, and a lot of funding, the bus as we know it today went into service.

The Downstairs of the Bus houses a small seating area and a fully stocked tuck shop...

...With a place to play games and hang out with Friends.

Upstairs houses a computer suite with games and programs to help with homework,...

...A seating area which can be used for information sessions and doubles up as a cinema for showing films or live TV with downstairs feed and surround sound speakers.

The bus also houses games consoles and has a private room at the front for those young people who wish to talk to someone in private.

The third generation of the bus was purchased in June 2010, and began undergoing a refit.

After completion of its refit, this bus now continues to perform the service started by previous buses.
